Kari Goering, NP
Lead Injector & Manager
Kari is an experienced nurse practitioner born and raised in Lincoln and has been making her mark in the world of aesthetics since 2018. With a background as an ER nurse and provider, Kari brings a wealth of medical knowledge and a calm, confident presence to her aesthetic practice.
Kari offers a range of services, including aesthetic medicine, weight loss solutions and educating her patients on skincare and reverse aging. Known for her honest and transparent approach, she ensures her patients have a clear understanding of their treatments and realistic expectations for their results. In addition to patient care, Kari is deeply committed to the growth and education of all our aesthetic providers. As the clinic’s lead provider, she takes pride in mentoring and empowering all our injectors, sharing her expertise in trainings and elevating the standards of care in the industry.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys staying active alongside her husband and two kids. She enjoys traveling, going to concerts, a good book, and living an active and healthy lifestyle. She has run several half marathons and loves the outdoors.
Amber Meader, PA-C
Amber Meader, PA-C, was born and raised in a small town and graduated from Union College in 2015. With nine years of experience in plastics and aesthetics, Amber has dedicated her career to helping people look and feel their best. She’s passionate about making genuine connections with her patients, ensuring they feel comfortable, heard, and empowered.
Amber’s our unicorn injector that bounces around to both our Lincoln & Omaha locations. She’s trained in advanced aesthetic injectables and weight loss solutions. When you meet Amber, you can expect her to truly listen to your goals, carefully assess your features, and collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan. She believes in enhancing natural beauty and fostering confidence — and along the way, you’re sure to make a friend. With her warm personality and love of conversation, Amber makes every visit feel like catching up with someone who genuinely cares.
Outside of the med spa, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Trevor, their daughters, Emmett and newborn Madden, and their two beloved dogs. She also shares her passion for wellness as a fitness instructor at a local gym, encouraging others to feel their best inside and out.
Kristy Buehrer, RN,BSN
Kristy Buehrer spent 20 years as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting where she brought her passion for advocating patient care, safety, and ethical practice into our med spa clinic for the last 8 years. Kristy works in the Lincoln location and trained in everything aesthetics ranging from BOTOX, Dermal Fillers, Platelet-Rich Plasma, Collagen Induction Therapy, DiamondGlow Facials & she’s highly passionate about our medical-grade skin care line including ZO Skin Health, SkinMedica & Revision.
Kristy is passionate about delivering exceptional care with a focus on safety, comfort and results. Her mission is to ensure every patient feels special, valued and confident with their treatment. She leads with a gentle touch and attention to detail – a true artist. Kristy takes pride in creating personalized experiences that prioritize both beauty and wellness with her overall goal to help you look and feel your very best!
Outside of work, Kristy is married and has 2 children, Trevor & Abby, 1 granddaughter and TWO more granddaughters on the way. She loves spending time with her family and friends, walking her Golden Doodle, Lola, a good craft local brew, live music, and being outside. Kristy has ran 2 marathons and many half marathons, more in my future. She leads a healthy lifestyle which is why she’s a part-time OrangeTheory Fitness Coach.
Sarah Rosdail, RN,BSN
Sarah Rosdail attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she received her BA in Psychology. She then attended UNMC where she received her BS in Nursing. Her foundational medical education has provided her with a deep understanding of human anatomy, patient care, and clinical procedures, which are crucial in her role as a nurse injector.
With over 3 years of experience in both hospital and medical spa settings, she’s developed a passion for aesthetics. After transitioning from traditional nursing into aesthetic medicine, she’s worked with a wide range of patients, helping them enhance their natural beauty with minimally invasive techniques.Sarah’s approach is patient-centered focusing on listening to their concerns and tailoring treatments to their unique needs. She believes in a natural, subtle approach to aesthetic treatments, prioritizing safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction. Sarah takes the time to educate her patients about their options and ensure they are well-informed before making any decisions.
Outside of work you’ll find her taking long walks with her Maltese-Yorkie, Roo, taking lots of shopping trips, and hanging out with her husband! Sarah loves to be active, right now she enjoys cycling and hot sculpt fitness classes!
Tristan Milone, NP
Tristan was born and raised in Omaha and earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medicine and went on to achieve her Master of Science in Nursing in 2024. Tristan brings years of experience and a genuine love for helping others feel their most confident and has a passion for aesthetics.
Tristan is our Omaha Injector trained in advanced aesthetic injectables, including BOTOX, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), CIT/micro-needling and weight loss solutions. She’s embraced the artistry of aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with a keen eye for detail. She’s passionate about providing high-quality aesthetic care and takes pride in educating her patients on personalized treatment plans tailored to meet their unique goals. With Tristan, you can expect an open conversation, expert guidance, and results that enhance your natural beauty. Tristan’s patients say that she makes them feel comfortable and truly listened to. Her patients rave about the compliments they get from Tristan’s work and gets a lot of referrals because of it.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, staying active through exercise, and exploring new destinations through her love of travel. Whether at the med spa or on a family adventure, she brings warmth, dedication, and a commitment to making others feel their best.
Callie Wethor, RN/BSN
Callie Wethor is a dedicated aesthetic nurse with a passion for helping her patients feel their most confident. After graduating from South Dakota State University with her RN, BSN — and excelling on the softball field — she began her nursing career in the NICU at Sanford Medical. While she cherished her time caring for newborns, her passion for aesthetics led her to the med spa world.
Callie is our Sioux Falls Injector and trained in advanced aesthetic injectables, including BOTOX, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), CIT/micro-needling and skin care. Callie finds immense joy in seeing the confidence her patients exude after their treatments. She has a particular love for lip filler, appreciating the artistry that goes into achieving the perfect lip shape. Her goal is to deliver personalized results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty, ensuring they leave her chair glowing inside and out.
When she’s not perfecting the perfect pout, Callie enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time with family and her son who is always keeping her busy.
